My better half and I took our first lesson in Krav last night... and had a blast. A little sore this morning, but I feel great.
We went over combinations, 1, 2, 3's and 4's on the focus mitts. We also worked on 360 defense (like in the photo above, sans knife).
What did I learn? I learned I have a long way to go to be effective in protecting myself and my family. Krav will become a 2-3 night per week event for us to get up to speed. I would suggest you try it out as well. Most gyms offer a free class. So what's to loose?
